VMware ESXi 5 enable SSH on ESXi host

I am learning VMware ESXi 5, and found that you could enable SSH on the ESXi host for management. Very cool!

VMware ESXi 5 tab:

  1. Hit <F2>
  2. Login with the root username and password that you created during installation.
  3. Choose Troubleshooting Options
  4. Choose Enable ESXi Shell, and hit <Enter> to change the value to 'Disable ESXi Shell'
  5. Hit <Esc> twice

Then try to ssh into the ESXi host, (mine is 192.168.137.131), with the root credentials.
