apt-cyg search package

I just found apt-cyg, and it is just an amazing upgrade to the Cygwin experience. I am a die-hard Debian user, so I made a small change to follow apt-cache more closely:

I also created a couple of symlinks as well:

ln -s /bin/apt-cyg /bin/apt-cache
ln -s /bin/apt-cyg /bin/apt-get
